Accessibility statement
We want every resident, owner, prospective buyer, and member of the public to be able to use this site. We design and build it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
The site is built with semantic structure and landmarks, a skip-to-content link, keyboard operability with visible focus, descriptive text alternatives for images, labeled controls, and attention to color contrast. We honor reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is continual work, not a one-time certification. We test as the site changes and aim to fix issues promptly. If any part of the site presents a barrier, we treat that as a defect to correct.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in an alternative format, please reach the association through the owner portal. We will work to provide the information you need and to remedy the issue.

Seabreeze Towers is a fictional association used to demonstrate Community Portal. This statement illustrates the accessibility commitment a real association's site would carry.
