What we use
We use a single category of optional cookie: privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization and advertising features disabled). It helps us understand which parts of the demo visitors find useful — for example, how often the records center or the owner-portal links are used.
Consent is required first
No analytics cookies are set until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you Decline (or ignore it), analytics stays off and nothing is stored beyond a small flag recording your choice. We use Google Consent Mode, so the analytics tag stays in a denied state unless you opt in.
Strictly necessary storage
Your cookie choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage (key
cookie_consent) so we don't ask again on every visit. This isn't used for
tracking and is never shared.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind anytime: use Cookie settings here or in the footer to re-open the banner, or clear this site's data in your browser.
